Chef Sara Khumsuk grew up in the kitchens of Bangkok, learning the art of Thai cooking from her grandmother. Every spice blend, every technique, every secret was passed down through generations of her family.
After years of perfecting her craft in Thailand's finest restaurants, Sara brought her passion for authentic Thai cuisine to the beautiful Garden Isle of Kauai. In 2018, she opened Alisa Sushi & Thai Bistro at Harbor Mall in Lihue, creating a place where locals and visitors alike could experience the true flavors of Thailand.
